By using dealqube.store, you agree to these terms. DealQube organizes product offers, deals, discounts and coupons received from merchants, affiliate networks and supported data feeds. Public browsing is intended for normal personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

DealQube tries to keep catalog information current, but we do not control merchant feeds or merchant websites. A price, discount, coupon, expiry time, stock status, image or description can be delayed, incomplete or become stale between syncs. The merchant's page at the time of purchase is the final source for price, stock, shipping, taxes, eligibility and promotion terms.

Information on DealQube is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing on DealQube is a guarantee that an offer will remain available or that a merchant will honor stale or erroneous feed data.

DealQube does not hold inventory, process product payments, ship orders, issue refunds or provide a merchant's warranty. When you follow an offer and buy, your transaction is with the merchant. The merchant's own checkout terms, return policy, warranty, shipping rules and consumer obligations apply to that transaction.

DealQube links to third-party merchants and may use service providers for infrastructure, analytics, email delivery or similar operations. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link from DealQube does not mean that we control the merchant or guarantee its products, conduct or service quality.

You may not use DealQube to break the law, interfere with the service, probe or bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, submit malicious input, impersonate others, or harvest data in a way that materially disrupts the site. Automated access that ignores our technical controls, creates excessive load, or republishes the catalog as a competing dataset is not permitted without written approval.

The DealQube name, interface, software and original written material are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product names, images, trademarks and feed-supplied descriptions remain associated with their respective merchants, brands or other rights holders. You may link to public DealQube pages, but these terms do not grant a right to copy or redistribute the catalog wholesale.

We may change, suspend, remove or add DealQube features, sources, stores or regions as the service evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and maintenance, upstream feed failures, security incidents or infrastructure problems can temporarily affect access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealQube is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on stale or incorrect deal data, or a transaction with a third-party merchant. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
