Cookie & browser storage

DealQube can adapt deal ordering during the current visit using temporary in-memory category signals (including favorites and comparisons you add) without creating a visitor ID or storing that interest profile. Optional browser storage lets the next visit remember those interests. We also use limited browser storage for region selection, favorites, comparisons and appearance. Ahrefs Web Analytics is used for aggregate traffic measurement; Ahrefs states that its Web Analytics product does not set analytics cookies or track a visitor across days. Ahrefs Web Analytics

Ahrefs Web Analytics is loaded from analytics.ahrefs.com. According to Ahrefs, this product does not set analytics cookies, does not retain raw IP addresses with analytics data and does not use a persistent identifier to follow the same visitor across days. It can measure information such as page views, link clicks, form submissions, referrer, browser/device characteristics, language, approximate location and screen size. How recommendations work

Personalized recommendations are enabled by default as a browsing feature. Deliberate category and deal interactions can temporarily influence the order of candidates during the current visit. Without optional storage, those signals exist only in page memory and disappear when the visit ends.

If you allow DealQube to remember interests between visits, the same decaying category scores are saved in this browser under dq_interest_v2. No anonymous DealQube visitor ID, fingerprint or server-side behavioral profile is created. You can turn recommendations off or disable cross-visit memory below.

Manage local DealQube data

Change recommendation settings, choose whether interests are remembered between visits, or clear DealQube's locally stored browser data below. Your browser's own site-data controls can also remove these values.

When on, DealQube can re-rank deal candidates from the categories you explore. Without optional storage, those interest signals stay in memory for this visit only and disappear when the visit ends. No visitor ID or server-side interest profile is created.

When enabled, DealQube stores decaying category-interest scores only in this browser so the next visit can start with a better feed. Turning this off removes the saved interest profile.

Clear local DealQube data

Removes the saved region cookie plus DealQube's local theme, favorites, recently viewed list, comparison list, privacy notice and saved personalization profile on this device. It does not delete email alert subscriptions, price watches, merchant accounts or admin accounts.
